Richard A. Pratt (Rick) is the Acquisitions Director of Pratt Progeny, LLC.  He negotiates the purchase and sale of our commercial and residential building portfolio.  Over the years Rick’s skill in identifying and negotiating the nuances of purchasing has allowed Pratt Progeny, LLC, to substantially increase their holdings in the commercial and residential space.  After the acquisition Rick’s communication and attention to the tenants has allowed Pratt Progeny, LLC, to identify issues before they become problems. 

Rick comes from a background of residential mortgage lending, acquisition and development which has proved to be invaluable.  He holds a BA in Political Science and English from the University of Utah.   In his spare time, he enjoys desert racing motorcycles, hot yoga, ice hockey, boating with his family and anything of an outdoor or competitive nature.  Let him regale you with tales of retrieving his bike, himself, and occasionally his fiancé out of treacherous situations.
