Ramona A. Stromness is the Senior Associate at Richard T. Pratt Associates, a Utah real estate investment firm. Ms. Stromness’ activities include managing over 10 LLC’s that hold a combined real estate portfolio valued in excess of $30 million, and facilitating the economic analysis and due diligence of residential and commercial real-estate development.
For over 10 years, Ms. Stromness managed the Midwinter Executive Housing Conference in Park City, Utah, which continues to attract an elite clientele from around the country. She oversaw all aspects of the conference including arranging speakers, managing the hotel contract and budget, and marketing.
Ms. Stromness holds an MBA from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah, and a Bachelor of Music from the University of Utah. She gives back to the University by arranging twice-yearly discussion forums between the student managers of the DESB Student Investment Fund and local business investment leaders. She recently completed certification for an inactive real estate license in the state of Utah. She has served as chair, secretary/treasurer, and in other positions for several philanthropic and women’s organizations. She was a founder of the Utah Flute Association and taught private flute lessons for several years. She enjoys playing her flute at local events and in community musical groups.
