Ashley Haskell is a Senior Associate at Richard T. Pratt Associates and the Assistant Manager at Pratt Progeny.  Ashley works closely with Ramona and Rick to manage over 10 LLC’s that hold a combined real estate portfolio valued in excess of $30 million and to facilitate the economic analysis and due diligence of residential and commercial real estate investments. Along with those responsibilities Ashley assists in preparing leases, sales, and listing agreements in both the commercial and residential space.

Ashley joined RTPA and Pratt Progeny in July 2022, prior to that she spent 10 years in residential lending, doing everything from file set-up, processing, closing and funding, trainer, to becoming a Loan Originator and then an Executive Assistant for the last 3 years for the Vice President of Operations and Branch Manager. Ashley is in the process of pushing Ramona, RTPA and Pratt Progeny into the digital age.  While we are sure she will succeed with the two companies, we doubt she will ever completely convert Ramona.

In Ashley’s spare time you can find her chauffeuring her kids around to all their games and practices.  She enjoys traveling with her husband, reading a good book, and movie nights with their kids.
